The Choir of Essentials ships orders to customers in Canada and the United States. All orders are fulfilled through our third-party fulfillment partners and are subject to the processing and delivery timelines outlined below.
Shipping charges are calculated based on your delivery address, order contents, and the shipping method selected. The total shipping cost is displayed at checkout before payment is confirmed.
Order Processing
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation depending on the product. Where processing times differ from this range, the specific timeline is noted on the relevant product page. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays observed in Canada will begin processing on the next business day.
Order Confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation email to the email address you provided at checkout. A second email containing your tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please check your spam folder before contacting us.

We currently ship to Canada and the United States. Shipping availability and timelines for specific products are confirmed on each product page. The timelines below are general estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Where a product page states a different timeline, that information applies.
Canada
Estimated delivery times following order processing:
• Major urban centres: 3–7 business days
• Rural and remote areas: allow additional time beyond the standard estimate
• Northern territories: delivery timelines vary and may be significantly longer
United States

Shipping Costs & Currency
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, the products ordered, and the shipping method selected. The total shipping cost is displayed before you confirm payment.
Canadian customers are charged and billed in Canadian dollars (CAD). US customers are charged and billed in US dollars (USD).
Duties, Taxes & Import Fees
Canadian Orders
Applicable Canadian federal and provincial taxes (GST, HST, PST, or QST depending on your province or territory) are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.
Where orders are fulfilled from outside Canada, import duties or additional fees may apply depending on the product, its declared value, and applicable customs regulations. Where such charges may apply, this will be indicated at checkout or on the product page.
United States Orders
Applicable US sales tax is calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and applicable state tax regulations.
Order Tracking
A tracking link is sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has shipped. If your tracking has not updated within 5 business days of your shipping confirmation, please contact us at hello@thechoirofessentials.com and we will follow up with the carrier.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders
Delayed Shipments
If your order has not arrived within 5 business days of the estimated delivery window, please contact us at hello@thechoirofessentials.com with your order number and we will follow up with the carrier.
Apparent Non-Delivery
If your tracking shows as delivered but you have not received your order, please first check with neighbours, in all areas of your property, and whether a delivery notice was left. Allow one additional business day if tracking was recently updated. If you are still unable to locate the order, please contact us promptly at hello@thechoirofessentials.com. Nothing in this section limits your rights under applicable law.
Damaged on Arrival
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please notify us promptly at hello@thechoirofessentials.com with your order number and photographs of the packaging and item. Prompt notification assists us in resolving the matter with the carrier. Nothing in this section creates a deadline that removes your statutory rights.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing your order. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us as soon as possible at hello@thechoirofessentials.com. We will make every effort to correct it before the order ships, but cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun. The Choir of Essentials is not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
